Guest guest
Friends: I think this might have been discussed here before, but I lost the links if it was. My 13 year old daughter just discovered that there is gelatin in nail polish remover and asked me where she could find cosmetics that are vegetarian friendly. Thanks! Guest guest
Several companies make vegan cosmetics, including Beauty without Cruelty, Paul Penders and the Body Shop. I recently discovered a web site called www.differentdaisy.com that sells vegan cosmetics online. I didn't know nail polish remover had gelatin in it. Guest guest
I know pangea (a store based in Maryland, USA but they do mail order all over) has vegan nail polish remover. Their website is http://www.pangeaveg.com/ The vegan couple who run this business are wonderful people and they are very attentive to customer needs. If there is anything you always wanted vegan they can probably find it. They might have vegan 'gummi' worms...check them out. Linda
