You can probably rent one from your local hospital or baby store for $1 a day or you could purchase the Pump in Style, which is great cuz it's got a shoulder strap and looks like a messanger bag (well, sort of). If you want to go with a great hand pump, try out the Avent Isis. This is very efficient for a hand pump. Good luck, you're doing the best thing for your baby!
