Guest guest
Vegetarian Does not eat meat, poultry, and fish. Eats a plant-based diet of grains, nuts, seeds, vegetables and fruits with or without the use of dairy products and eggs. I don't see how, with this definition of vegetarian one could tack on anything and still be a vegetarian, if you eat fish, you eat fish, if you each chicken you eat chicken. You don't have to call yourself a vegetarian to improve your diet by eliminating some animals from it. Every step anyone takes is a good one, but if you eat animals of any kind you are not a " vegetarian. "
