to PR Bredon and your question about vegetarianism. Yes you are a

vegetarian if you eat fish. You are called a " Pescatarian " . My husband and

I are. We eat fish maybe once every one or two months when we go out to eat

at certain restaurants...:)

In regard to your switch over and tofu. We started in small amounts and

with something as simple as pudding... Morinu makes a pudding mix (vanilla,

chocolate and lemon. Lemon is my favorite) and serve it as a dessert with

lite cookies.

Another way we tried tofu for the first time is to cut extra firm tofu and

" stir fry " it lightly brown and add what is called braggs(it has all the

amino acids in it and is made from soy, but processed differently than soy

sauce so it is healthier) and add it to stir fried veggies. This was how I

was able to finally get my hubby to eat tofu after he would refuse to eat

it. Now it is a favorite of his. We also " bread the tofu " using crackers,

cereal or bread crumbs and spice and use a bit of olive oil to cook it. My

2 year old loves his " chicken fingers " .

Hope this helps get you started.
