Guest guest
If you trying to find out what the possible hidden animal ingredients are so you can look out for them, here is a good link: http://vegfamily.com/animalingredients.htm It is a long and very complete list, but don't be overwhelmed! Instead of reading it and trying to remember every single one, use it as a reference. If you see an ingredient listed on a product and you are wondering if it animal-based, look it up on the list. The very common ones (casein, whey, gelatin, lanolin, carmine, cochineal, Vitamin D3, etc.) that don't actually say " animal ... " or " derived from dairy " , you will start to remember soon enough! In my experience, " Cruelty Free " is a good indicator, but not a guarantee. Another statement that I have read in a few places is this: If you can't pronounce the ingredients, don't buy it! Sounds good to me! Hope that is helpful to SOMEONE! :-) Jennifer
