The Quan Yin Method of Meditation

The Quan Yin Method is the ancient science of enlightenment, the divine art

of self- realization. The method involves meditation on the inner celestial

light and Sound. The Chinese words, Quan Yin, mean observation of the inner

vibration. Each culture and religion has its own name to describe this

inner celestial vibration. Master Ching Hai began some of her first

lectures in Asia and therefore, used the name Quan Yin to express the

method of meditation. The Heavenly music spoken of in all the Holy

Scriptures such as, 'The Word' and 'Heavenly Sounds' of Christianity and

Judaism, the 'Shabd' of Hinduism, the 'Heavenly Music' of Taoism, the 'Naam

' of Sikhism, the 'Kalam- I- Quadim' of Islam, and the 'Inner Sound Stream'

of Buddhism are the only real languages from the Kingdom of God. They are

the languages of Universal Love and Great Intelligence. This Word or Divine

Vibration vibrates within all life and sustains the whole universe. The

inner melody can heal all wounds, fulfill all desires, and quench all

worldly thirst. It is all- powerful and all love. It is because we are made

of this Sound that contact with it brings peace and contentment to our

heart. After listening to this sound, our whole being changes, our entire

outlook on life is greatly altered for the best.

Master Ching Hai teaches people Quan Yin Method from all backgrounds and

religious affiliations. You do not have to change your current religion or

system of beliefs, nor will you be asked to join any organization or

participate in any way that does not suit your current lifestyle.
