Guest guest Posted April 20, 2001 Report Share Posted April 20, 2001 I have a, perhaps silly, question about tempeh and the mold on the surface from the fermentation process. I am allergic to molds and I was wondering whether or not I would have any reaction to the tempeh mold? I have eaten it several times and enjoy it. But the last time I ate it, I noticed I had some hayfever symptoms afterwards that disappeared the next day. I assumed it was my spring allergies, but now I am wondering.
