(I didn't test the link, so if it doesn't work let me know!) Dr. Weil recommends broccoli sprouts as healthier and without the alfalfa sprout toxin. http://www.drweil.com/archiveqa/0,2283,1235,00.html The " environmental " toxins that can be in raw sprouts are salmonella and/or e. coli bacteria.
