HONEY

I buy honey made locally by a small farm and i know that none of the horrors

mentioned go on there. I know these people. As for the nutritional value of

honey, i took a nutrition class and when the body breaks down honey it turns

into sugar with twice as many calories for the same ammount. example 1 tbsp

sugar = 5 calories 1 tbsp honey =10 calories. Those calories were just for

example, i do not remember the caloric value of honey.

My uncle does his own honey, it is a hobby for him. He only makes enough for

the family and he loves his bees.
