Guest guest
Hi, I wrote a while back about my and my almost 2 year old's switch to a vegan diet. We have been doing really good. I am 36 weeks pregnant and my prenatal has 750% RDA of B12 in 6 tablets, I usually only take 2 to 4. I figure that with the rest of the food I am consuming I am doing okay. I am not so sure if my daughter is getting enough B12 in her diet. I have heard of Red Star Vegetarian Nutritional Support but can't find it anywhere. Does anyone know of an online source? Also, anyone know of a good vegan butter substitute? Lauren
Guest guest
We use either Earth Balance or Spectrum - we get it at either Whole Foods or Trader Joe's. laurenstranahan [laurenstranahan] Sunday, May 27, 2001 9:33 AM B12 and toddlers Hi, I wrote a while back about my and my almost 2 year old's switch to a vegan diet.
