We're trying to follow a vegan diet for our toddler twins--one meal

each day is tofu or tempeh with starch (potato or grains); another is

some legume with starch; the third is cereal (oatmeal). We use

veggies such as corn, greanbeans and brocolli as " sides " , and provide

lots of fruit all day.

The kids are thriving--but we're seeing multiple poops all day. Is

there any way to deliver calories employing a little less bulk?

Thanks for your help.

FWIW, it took until around 3 before my daughter was only pooping once to

twice a day (and she potty-trained at 2, although there were some

accidents for a while)...I didn't feel that the multiple times/day

really bothered either one of us at all. Is there a reason you want

their output to slow up/consolidate?
