Guest guest
We're trying to follow a vegan diet for our toddler twins--one meal each day is tofu or tempeh with starch (potato or grains); another is some legume with starch; the third is cereal (oatmeal). We use veggies such as corn, greanbeans and brocolli as " sides " , and provide lots of fruit all day. The kids are thriving--but we're seeing multiple poops all day. Is there any way to deliver calories employing a little less bulk? Thanks for your help.

Is there a reason you want their output to slow up/consolidate? Liz
