Knowing fresh is best, we still cant always have fresh veggies on hand and have to resort to canned stuff. Aluminum has been proven to cause alheimers, right? I mean, that is what is really behind the soy controversy, but what about canned goods, baking pans and aluminum foil! Just something to think about... Jo-Ann Want to chat with other vegans?
