Guest guest
Hi folks, I'm new to this list. My dh and I are vegetarian but my two oldest children (from a previous marriage) are not. They eat a vegetarian diet in my home but not when they visit their father or their grandparents. I now have a new baby (8wks) and we plan to raise him vegetarian from birth. He is exclusively bf so I have no concerns at the moment, but I wonder if there will be problems when he is older and notices that his brother and sister eat things he doesn't. I am hoping that my older children will become vegetarian in the future and would love any help with ideas for how to do that gently. The biggest problem converting them is that their dad and his parents are definate carnivores and do not respect my decision to be vegetarian. Any ideas are welcome.
