My son loved eating raw tofu - there's no need to cook it, it's a matter of

preference. Now he likes to have it scrambled for breakfast (he puts ketchup on

it) and I stick it in lots of our meals (throw some in tomato sauce for pasta,

in soup, cous cous,

etc) without complaints from him or my husband. :)

You can cube it, marinate it in juices, mash or puree it into other foods, make

puddings, there are lots of possibilities - experiment. And don't forget like

someone else mentioned, their tastes for foods change quickly. Give something a

few turns

before discarding it all together and hold off for a few days before introducing

each new thing.

Good luck, hope this was helpful.

I read in a parenting book one time that lots of babies have to try

something ten times before they will eat it! I try to remember that when I

am on the verge of giving up. :)
