Guest guest
I'm looking for lunch ideas, too, for my variety-minded 5-yr-old who is heading off to kindergarten in the fall. So far, here are some ideas I " ve come up with: muffins (I put ground nuts in them), nut dips and spreads with crackers, sunflower seeds, rice, noodles, peas and pasta, smartdogs, fruit, salad with dressing on the side, marinated, friend tofu, cooked potatoes, and sandwiches such as grilled yeast, peanutbutter and jelly, or tofu/tamari on whole wheat. That is the best I can do for now. I'd love new ideas, too. Susan ______________ GET INTERNET ACCESS FROM JUNO! Juno offers FREE or PREMIUM Internet access for less! Join Juno today! Guest guest
Hi, my husband is the big health fanatic here and loves crackers. Most he eats taste like cardboard...I think but I really do like the Rye ones " Ry Krisp " . He eats no white flour or sugar so being a Veg along with the Health thing is really a challenge! I myself like the Ritz Wheat crackers but are not as healthy. Couldn't imagine the trouble of making them myself, do enough cooking without adding extra! Have a great day, Rhonda - Susan M.
