I'm hoping to raise him as close to vegan as I can. It's been great to read what other parents are feeding their kids. I'm not sure if anyone else is from British Columbia, Canada but if you are interested I just recieved an email about responding to a provincial government proposal, " Bill 18 " , to have manditory labelling of Genetically Modified ingredients in our food. The government is looking for public feedback on this bill and the deadline for feedback IS JULY 31ST. The website with lots of information about the bill and GM food is www.ag.gov.bc.ca/legislation/gef . It was quite a lot to read through but worth the read. I had no idea there was already so much GE food in the food system! I'd also be interested to hear other people's thoughts on GE food.
