I wanted to share the success of the wacky cake at my daughter's birthday party.

I made the wacky cake following the recipe, except I added organic chocolate soy

milk instead of water to the batter, then I cut it in half and filled it with

organic apricot jam that I had just warmed up in a little pan with a little

white wine (so the alcohol evaporated and the jam got more liquid). then I

covered it with vegetable whipping cream (made with chocolate soy milk) and

decorated it. Everybody loved it!!!

Sorry, I was wrong about that, it was not vegetable ; it was a dehydrated

whipping cream and I added chocolate soy milk instead of milk.
