Guest guest
Never heard of anyone making nutritional yeast but I'm sure it can be done. It's available in most health food stores and ranges in price from $6-$9 per pound... Great stuff, I use it pretty much everyday but have never made it. be good, jp _______________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com
Guest guest
Sounds like a good eater to me....My little guy is now two and a half and all he wants is bread..fruit..and yogurt..He used to love a huge variety..(most of what you listed, beans, some veggies etc), now he won't touch them... hang in there mom this too shall pass. (We introduced foods slowly so it sounds like your little guy is really getting a great variety of food) at around 15 months a lot starts to happen developmentally, so it sounds like he's right on target. And by the way, my little guy dropped weight between 15 and 19 months (up and down) because he got so much more physically active and didn't want to eat...too busy mommy...It helps me to remember that our tummies are really not very big in the first place. Someone told me to look at their hand and you will see the approximate size of their stomach. A few tablespoons of food is their portion size...It helped me...Another first time mom....
