Cookie recipe(s) please!

My mom is visiting and would like to make some cookies with my 18 month old

son. He has never really had cookies but, as this seems very important to

her, I'm willing to try. The only problem is I want them to be vegan and

not too sweet or junky. If anyone has any recipes, I'd really appreciate

hearing from you. I know that there were a loy of cookie recipes posted a

few months back but it wasn't on my mind then. Thanks, Madeline

I think a lot of them do use sugar, I have successfully substituted

evaporated cane juice. Have fun!
