Guest guest
Vegan Rella is great! I use it mostly for grilled " cheese " sandwiches. I prefer the mozzarella over the cheddar. I would say it takes just like cheese, but it's been so long I really don't remember what dairy cheese taste like. tera Visit: http://didi-mao.tripod.com, www.peta.com, www.fight4choice.com
Guest guest
I agree that most Cheese alternatives are NOT healthy, some worse than others! but every now and then...well, what can I say.... ( yes, this will probably upset some vegans, I'm only being human & honest and admitting my short comings!) I like the " Galaxy Nutritional Foods " Rice cheese- pepper jack flavor. It is 100% Vegan, and it is casein, soy, and gluten free. ( Whole Foods here in Austin carries it ) it dose not " melt " as well as they say it will but it dose have a nice taste on my home made vegan pizza, served with a nice tossed salad. and home made " ice-cream " ( frozen banana and frozen mango chunks run through a champion juicer) ...a meal fit for a (VEGAN) king!....heaven :-) we treat ourselves to this feast once a month. , " Blue Rose " <bluerose156 wrote: > > Right.
