RE: cheese alternatives

I agree that most Cheese alternatives are NOT healthy, some worse than

others! but every now and then...well, what can I say....

( yes, this will probably upset some vegans, I'm only being human &

honest and admitting my short comings!)

I like the " Galaxy Nutritional Foods " Rice cheese- pepper jack flavor.

It is 100% Vegan, and it is casein, soy, and gluten free.

( Whole Foods here in Austin carries it ) it dose not " melt " as well

as they say it will but it dose have a nice taste on my home made

vegan pizza, served with a nice tossed salad. and home made

" ice-cream " ( frozen banana and frozen mango chunks run through a

champion juicer) ...a meal fit for a (VEGAN) king!....heaven :-)

we treat ourselves to this feast once a month.
