Vegan Raw Foods

I have some friends who are vegan raw foodists, but I thought there might

be some on this list as well. Do you have a vegan raw food books

(cookbooks, etc.) that you recommend.

I have a friend who is a raw food vegetarian and her favorite books are The raw

gourmet (the co-author is Brian Clement, the person who took over the

Hippocrate's Health Center from Ann Wigmore, the person who started the whole

raw food thing) and Raw: the uncook book (by Juliano, who in the LA area is

basically the guru of raw vegetarianism). I want to get a raw food book too, but

I think I'd rather go for the person who started it all, Ann Wigmore. There is a

book out from her titled Ann Wigmore's Recipes For Longer Life.

 

I linked the titles of the books to the corresponding pages on Amazon.com, so

you can read the reviews on each of them and get an idea.

I am raw food vegan. I often have classes . I know of classes. There

are lots of books to choice from. Delights into the garrden - Raw gourmet .

Check out Raw foods.com. If you would like some receipes I would be happy to

share.

hello. i am curious about raw food recipes (although i do not want to be a

raw foodist at this point!). but the list of recipes to try overwhelms

me. could you suggest one of your favorites that you think someone who is

used to cooked food would find very tasty?
