Thanks to everyone who wrote in on the vegan butter

and cheese! I know its been a little while -- I've

been swamped.

The advice on making holiday meals better was

helpful as well.

Elisa: Lindt bars (the white ones are vegan) I have

found at Albertson's grocery, but I think most

groceries carry them now.

Mitzi: here is something I have found useful for

baby bottoms. It sounds too simple, but its

effectiveness is unbelievable. Spread a thin layer of

flour on a pan and broil. Stir around every few

minutes ... I knew it was time when I started to smell

the flour. Do this until the flour is a golden brown.

Cool, store and sprinkle on to get rid of diaper

rash. The bad part is that when you change the next

diaper you will have balls of " dough " . The good part

is that no matter how bad my daughter's rash was, it

was gone within two diaper changes using this flour!

Warmest Wishes,

Tanya -- mommy to Justin, 6 and Kailey, 2

Thanks Tanya, I live in Switzerland, so I don't think I'll have trouble finding

Lindt, LOL. I didn't know the white chocolate was vegan though. Why, is it only

made with cocoa butter and no milk?
