Guest guest
Excuse me but it is known for quite a long time that fluoride is a big hoax leading to nothing but intoxicated human beings (many other similar stories - amalgam, many vaccines, DES, pesticides, etc.). For the sake of your children, make some research before you jump to an immediate and irrational conclusion. Take responsibility! Be smarter than your conventional doctor which will sell you different chemicals after semi-diagnosing symptoms. People are fighting as we speak to stop fluoridation of water and buying fluoride-free products and you give it to your child by the gallon?! In most of Europe this practice of supplementing all citizens with fluoride through drinking water is unheard of! Teeth problems are usually a lack of some nutrients and not fluoride, take your daughter to a doctor who has access to the modern and comprehensive blood-tests and other diagnosing utils (not used by your typical smoking carnivore primitive doctor), he will tell you exactly what is missing. (I can refer you to one in Minnesota). Sorry for my directness/crudeness. Guest guest
I assumed that the original post would either die a quiet death or be properly addressed. Since all I've seen so far has been supportive (tacitly or implicitly), I feel I must respond, because I've seen too many lists spiral downward from such a beginning. Calling a list member crazy, irrational and stupid is not appropriate under any circumstance that I can think of, and especially when we're not even talking about an on-topic subject. People on this list have different opinions about every subject, even the specific details of vegetarianism. We need to stay respectful of those differences. (And usually, we are.) We all care enough to research and question the vast bulk of information on various subjects dear to our hearts. It's probably useful to keep in mind that most of the information we find is partial & inconclusive -- truly verifiable *facts* are not as plentiful as we'd like to think. This list helps us share what we've found, in a responsible, supportive way. Liz
Guest guest
Thank you Liz:) I wasn't sure what to say but the name calling upset me too. While the information about questioning floride was useful, I almost immediately deleted the " Are you crazy " post because the way it was presented was rude and condescending. Certainly that method of delivery seems counterproductive to getting a good message across. Thanks for your insightful comments, Melanie. > > E. R.
