I am now trying to process all of the answers!!! It is very helpful to me to hear that there are many of you out there who were very healthy during pregnancy and breasfeeding while Vegan as that is pretty much what I needed to hear. I will take all of your suggestions and try to find some more books (I have some vegan books and lots of vegetarian books--but hey I could always use some more!) and ask when I have more questions!
