Fit for Life 2 has lots of hints for vegetarian babies. I am not reading " The vegetarian baby " and it's very interesting but so far it has not been particularly resourceful. Guest guest
Fit for Life 2 is the 2nd nutrition book by Harvey Diamond. It focuses on raw food consumption, food combining and so on, but not only. There is a whole chapter on Children and what to feed them. There I learned that a child's body is actually not able to process starches properly until about 18 months of age, because that's when the enzyme needed to digest starches starts being produced.
