Guest guest Posted December 10, 2001 Report Share Posted December 10, 2001 I'm kind of surprised no one has mentioned this yet, but I've heard good things about Joanne Stepaniak's " The Uncheese Cookbook. " I've tried a couple of her cheeze recipes in Vegan Vittles and found them to be quite satisfying (and I live in " the dairy state, " so that's saying something.)
