Guest guest
Hi, I'm new to this board and my New Years Resolution is to go backveggie. I had a hard time coming up with lunch and dinner recipes, but I am storing ideal in my favorites. My daughter used to eat atschool, but I am now going to be fixing her lunch. SHe is very picky, she doesn't like many vegetables like tomatoes, green peppers, onions, or anything too green, too healthy. We both don't like tofu, and I am trying to not spend alot on pre-packaged vegetarian foods, but a few veggie meats will be okay. I've already searched for someideals but maybe you can help me with more:* Cheese and Tomato tortilla wraps- Hide the tomato for her somehow* Cream cheese-flavored or plain- on crackers or tortillas* Cheese-grilled, sliced, on crackers or chunks* Peanut Butter and Jelly-various kinds-either sandwich or crackers* cold Macaroni Salad* cold Spaghetti* Veggie Vanilla Rice Pudding-rice, vanilla yogurt, (no raisins forher), maple syrup, and cinnamonSnack Ideals are- sliced apples with carmel sauce, mini carrots orcucumbers with ranch, pretzels-plain or chocolate covered, peanuts oryogurt. My daughter eats alot and she often piles salad up high on her plateand likes to have plenty to munch on. So, it has to be hearty. Anyideals?
