Yesterday I received 3 of my new vegan books from amazon and I tried a pizza recipe that was called something like Roasted Vegetable Pizza with Tomato tinted Tofu. It was from the Vegan Sourcebook I believe. (I don't have it with me right now!) It was REALLY good! My meat-eating husband loved it too! YAH!!
