RE: vitamins during pregnancy

Hi Huria,

Congratulations! I just wanted to mention that taking your vitamins before

you go to sleep at night may help with the nausea they cause. I have been

pregnant or breastfeeding for almost 7 years straight now, and I have only

been able to stomach my vitamin this way, regardless of whether I'm

suffering from pregnancy " morning " sickness or not. Also, there are studies

that show that the baby may not get B-12 from the mother's stores but only

from her intake during pregnancy, so don't skip your B-12 if you can manage

to get it in. Dietary sources include fortified nutritional yeast (great

sprinkled on popcorn!), fortified cereals and soymilks.
