Guest guest
One little thing I would add is that breastfed babies can also be affected if the mother is consuming dairy. I just found out recently that what doctors refer to as " colic " is often an intolerance for dairy. The crying and fussiness that's typical with colic is due to the intestinal distress associated with lactose intolerance. So problems with dairy can occur immediately if a baby is being given formula (most of which are cow's-milk based) or is breastfed and the mother is consuming dairy. I really wish I'd been aware of this kind of information before my son was born. It would have saved him (and us) so much difficulty. Maria Send FREE video emails in Mail.
