Guest guest Posted January 19, 2002 Report Share Posted January 19, 2002 I'm not sure we're still doing te dinner thing, but the other night I made a great chick pea/garbanzo bean stir fry. I opened a can of Eden chick peas and threw them in the pan with a little olive oil. While they cooked, I cut up carrots and garlic (you could add more, I was short on time) and threw them in. At the end, I tasted the chickpeas and found them to be dry (Eden chick peas always seem a little dry to me)so I threw in some 'Sesame and Shitake' salad dressing by Annie's. My son loves this meal and it honestly took 8 minutes from start to finish.
