vitamin B12 sources

Just wanted to make sure that everyone was aware that tempeh is not a

reliable source of vitamin B-12. Reliable sources for vegans are fortified

soymilks, fortified breakfast cereals, some fortified meat analogs (fake

meats), and Vegetarian Support Formula nutritional yeast. For more about
