I think this man's article is just plain dangerous. He basically states that

saturated fats are good and that high cholesterol levels are no cause for

concern. My father died of a massive heart attack at the age of 46, and he

consumed a diet high in animal protein. No one can convince me that there isn't

a link between the two.
