Guest guest
Hi all, I need some help on re-organizing my food plan, so to speak. I got evaluated by a CRA (Contact Reflex Analysis) practitioner who is also a Nutritionist and she found a few things which are causing me not lose weight despite exercising and heating healthy. I already knew I was sort of " sugar sensitive " , but apparently this is increased by the fact that I have a hereditary for of anemia and therefore my body chemistry is a bit out of whack, also because of my diet merry-go-round period, which lasted for almost 2 years. Anyway, she said she has not problem with me being a vegetarian but I do need to decrease all simple carbs and increase my protein intake. Now, because I am not a breakfast eater (I have never been) that leaves me lunch, afternoon snack and dinner to include protein. Does anyone have any suggestions? I am supposed to try to reach 40% protein... Hugs, " My darling girl, when are you going to understand that being normal isn't necessarily a virtue. It rather denotes a lack of courage! Guest guest
Sent to list at request of Yitze Ling, reply to yitzeling Escaped piranhas could clearly be a menace to humans and stream and river inhabitants. I can't believe anyone would want one such an aggressive predator as a pet. Many countries ban their import. Guest guest
Dear Christina, There is a list of organisations working in China at: http://www.aapn.org/links.html International organisations have helped organise protests in particular instances - but the protests have usually been ignored though sometimes the cull has been postponed until the fuss has died down. In my opinion, the change has to come from within. Every Chinese city needs an SPCA type of organisation formed by local people in order to give a voice to the needs of animals. Those with a sense of what is right need to get together and speak up!
