Braceface- Cartoon with Vegetarian Main character

There is a cartoon, I believe it is on Fox Family Channel, and it is

based and voiced of Alicia Silverstone, a vegetarian. The character

often mentions not eating meat and even had an episode on her decision

to not eat meat, when the character worked in a Slaughterhouse. It also

talks of tolerance of non-meat eaters. It's a preteen cartoon, but my

Mary Kate and Ashley-loving dd loves it.
