Guest guest Posted February 1, 2002 Report Share Posted February 1, 2002 We're in Chicagoland so we just got a foot of snow and after my hubby snowblowed the driveway and my son got frozen playing in the snow - I thought it was time for a nice bowl of soup. Opened the Fantastic Foods vegetable soup/dip mix and on the back was a recipe for a quick minestrone soup. It IS quick and easy - luckily we had everything the recipe called for. Great Northern beans, green beans, diced tomatoes, pasta shells... Mmmmmmmmmm... Plus, I made some hot corn muffins and we were set. Lynne Stornello libby63 Save a life, Go veggie!
