Guest guest
I found these products while at the grocery store. I have used their Bread flour and wheat flour before, but I saw they had several good for you products. They have whole wheat pasta, veggie rotini/bows made with spinach, beets, etc. They have whole wheat Macaroni and Cheese in a box, and a Bulgar Wheat and Soy Grits hot cereal. It's like eating hot rice for breakfast with lots of butter. I think I will feel better eating pasta if I know it's good for me. I noticed two post who were apologizing for eating cheese or butter. I think it's a choice and that non-vegans should not feel they should have to apologize. I am Ovo-lacto and while I am leaning toward not eating eggs and have already switched to Soy milk, I don't want to feel that I'm not adding to a meatless world by enjoying cheese-which I love- or mixing an egg into bread or something. There are many ways to add to a meatless world, and not everyone is going to do it the same. So, I am leaning more Vegan because eggs are startng to gross me out along with mayo, but if it didn't, I would still not apologize for what I am. I think being vegetarian, whichever level is making a big step in saving the lives of animals.
