Guest guest
Nutritional yeast isn't naturally high in B12, it does have to be fortified. If you're buying your nutritional yeast in the bulk section of the HFS and it's kind of a bright yellow in color, then it's Red Star Vegetarian Support Formula nutritional yeast, which is the kind you want. Guest guest
Oh, I know what nut. yeast is, I have been eating it for years, but I don't understand how to use the recipe that was in the original message. It kind of sounded like a spread or something but I'm not sure. I had nut. yeast sprinkled on my bagel this morning. Thanks for trying to help though Sara. It has a kind of nutty taste and is a good source of B vitamins and protein. Sara
Guest guest
The recipe sounds to me like the " sauce " part of a recipe I have for a vegan version of macaroni and cheese, so I think she meant it to go on pasta.
