Guest guest
God, I thought it was only me! I've been vegetarian now for 2 1/2 months. And I've been eating alot of raw veggies and fruits. Right now I feel like I could scream if I eat one more vegetable. I'm trying to lose weight so what else could I eat? Guest guest
There's an entire book full of easy vegan sauces in " The Saucy Vegetarian " by Joanne Stepaniak. smartgirl27us <rachael wrote: My dh and I eat lots of vegetable melanges (squash, carrots, onion, cauliflower, and whatever else we have on hand) served on rice or quinoa or cooscoos, etc. But they've been seeming kind of bland to me lately (even with spices added). Anyone got any yummy, easy vegan sauces to go along with something like this - preferably not too high in sodium or fat (I know, I'm asking a lot!). Thanks.
