Guest guest Posted February 19, 2002 Report Share Posted February 19, 2002 My dh and I eat lots of vegetable melanges (squash, carrots, onion, cauliflower, and whatever else we have on hand) served on rice or quinoa or cooscoos, etc. But they've been seeming kind of bland to me lately (even with spices added). Anyone got any yummy, easy vegan sauces to go along with something like this - preferably not too high in sodium or fat (I know, I'm asking a lot!). Thanks.
