I got three books for my daughter. One was called Be a Friend to Trees

by Patricia Lauber. The Scholastic Encyclopedia of Animals by laurence

Pringle and the Scholastic Cassettes, The Sun is My Favorite Star by

Frank Asch.

 

With the book, Be a Friend to Trees it starts off with talking about how

paper comes from trees and my daughter saw a picture of a man chopping

trees, and she said, {Oh, no, that's mean.). Well, fortunately at the

end it talks about recycling and explains how we need trees to breathe.

So, it was good in the end.
