I am a longtime r to Veg Times, and I would say that for a vegetarian, there are lots of great recipes! They also have many for vegans, though it's quite disappointing to read the title of a great-sounding recipe, and then realize it's got eggs and dairy. I wouldn't say that it has many particularly high-protein recipes. Melanie
Guest guest
I'm very disappointed in Veg Times...they stopped labeling the vegan recipes. They do have some good ones though. I found it interesting the special heart issue for Feb. had very few vegan recipes. I also don't like all the ads (like Kraft cheese, etc.), but I know that is part of doing business. I like Veggie Life, but my favorite veg mag right now is Melanie's...Vegetarian Baby and Child. (Shameless plug...sorry.)
