Guest guest
Hello, I'm new here. Just wanted to try to help with the sugar-less vegan headed to a Chuck E Cheese party. How about making that sweet toddler his own mini vegan pizza and a sugarless cupcake to take with to the party. If the staff gives you a hard time tell them that your child has a restricted diet that they cannot accomodate, but that that fact should not inhibit him from enjoying a friend's birthday party. Or, you could simply decline...although I think the first would be more fun. At this age, I don't think your child will feel different or left out as lond as he's eating when they're eating. hope this helps, Mojo
Guest guest
My dear daughter is five. She has been to a couple of these parties... begged profusely for one of her own. ( We instead hade an extremely special party at home for hers) But when we attended other's parties. I ordered pizza for her minus the cheese. As for the pop and cake...... our policy is this.... she is allowed pop only on special occassions so she did have a little. As for the cake... again... we make exceptions for birthdays.... At home I only serve vegan ...but.... when we are celebrating with others outside the home we all make the individual choice for ourselves on case by case basis, ususally we find it more respectful to the honored person to have a little but it really depends on who we are with and where. My younger son (2 1/4) has skipped a few and not even known it, when he was out of the room during the serving or there wasn't a big commotion made over it.
