Guest guest
Doh ~ My kids are vegan also and so they are not allowed due to the casein....I even think I saw dried nonfat milk in the ingredient list. However, what have you heard regarding careegan ?sp? ? Right now I buy Edensoy soymilk but I've noticed silk has more for the money.......my three kids and hubby are big smoothie drinkers and " milk " drinkers so I need to get the best buy....however Silk has careegan ?sp? in it. What have you heard regarding this? Thanks Stacy >The Good Lunches have been in my grocery store for a few months now, but for >those with vegan kids, alas, the cheese is not vegan, it contains casein >from milk (unless they've *just* changed the recipe). >The rest of you - enjoy! >~Doh >
