Guest guest
Unfortunately, I don't have electronic copies of the handouts I received at the Hartland Wellness Center that I could circulate. Below are just a few suggestions that were given and discussed in depth at the Center. Lindsay (or others who are interested), please let me know if you would like me to share more of the tips. Guest guest
thanks for sharing those tips. I'm always interested in hearing ways people deal with stress. I get knots in my shoulder muscles and have headaches way too often and I know they are stress related. I concern myself with things everyday that are senseless - like losing my son, will my marriage be good in 10 years, did I do well on the test I took yesterday (just things that do me no good in worrying over constantly)so I'll always appreciate thoughts shared from others! thanks Lindsay Tax Center - online filing with TurboTax http://taxes./
