Cooked carbs and cancer?

I'm not sure what I think about the baked bread thing. I think I'd like

more details before I stop eating baked bread. But the article says

research was done on rats fed deep fried foods who developed cancer. I have

read in numerous other books that deep frying is really bad for you because

the ultra high temperatures that the oil reaches release free radicals which

cause cancer. This article seems to approach it from a different angle

though.
