Guest guest Posted April 24, 2002 Report Share Posted April 24, 2002 FYI, if a product is labeled " sunblock, " it doesn't automatically mean that it protects from both UVA and UVB rays. Only a sunscreen that specifies that it's 'broad spectrum' offers protection from both types of rays. Keep in mind that sunscreen should be applied liberally, and re-applied -- especially after going in the water. Taking into consideration our ever-thinning ozone layer, and the increasing rates of skin cancer, we can never be too careful. Take care!
