Guest guest
I can't remember who recommended Melissa's cheese substitutes, but I called them today and they said they aren't vegan, they have milk casein in them. :-( The search goes on..... (Actually, we like Tofutti, but none of my local HFSs carry it, plus it has carageenan in it.) Any other suggestions? Doh

Guest guest
I haven't tried them yet, but I've been hearing good things about " Follow Your Heart " cheeses. They're totally vegan, meltable, and come in a variety of flavors. Check them out at imearthkind.com. They were all, one might say, nonexistent, but each nonexisted in an entirely different way ... -- Stanislaw Lem, " Cyberiad "
