hello all

 

I am new to this group and my family recently finished the transition to

vegetarian. I am vegan but my husband and three children are ovo vegetarians. We

eat alot of soy products and I am somewhat satisfied with my childrens diet. I

am although concerned about my 7 year old who refuses to eat many foods that

provide important nutrients. HELP! any Ideas would be appreciated! I am also

wondering is there a need to be concerned about B12 if we drink fortified soy

milk and B12 fortified soy cereals. I really look foward to participating in

your group. Soon we will move to northern California, if any of you live near
