Guest guest Posted June 10, 2002 Report Share Posted June 10, 2002 I visited my kosher grocery this morning, and checked both brands of marshmallows. Alas, you are all right, fish gelatin. I had a chat with the proprieter about it, he thinks that since the fish gelatin is quite expensive to extract we should not give up hope that the agar agar process will be improved ... (he says those marshmallows didn't hold together very well). In the meantime, I guess we'll make do with marshmallow fluff.
